The Regent Flex is a shared office environment used by different professionals at different times. To keep the experience smooth and well‑managed, we use a simple, structured system that maintains the building’s professional standards and ensures predictable access for everyone.

License to Occupy

Mandatory calendar booking
All bookings are made through The Regent Flex calendar, ensuring the Beaumaris Suite is reserved exclusively for you on the days you need it and preventing scheduling conflicts.

The Regent Offices is a restored Edwardian property that combines heritage character with modern, professional interiors. Regent Flex provides approved members with access to the same calm, professional environment that makes The Regent a valued base for established businesses.

Compliance & Responsible Operation
To support a safe and professional working environment, Regent Flex operates with member verification, secure access arrangements, and clear booking procedures. These measures help ensure the space remains well managed and trusted by all users.
Business Identity & Postal Use
The Regent Flex is a workspace membership and does not provide business address services. We are unable to receive post, parcels or deliveries on behalf of members. This helps maintain the building's operational standards and ensures a consistent experience for all occupants.
The Regent Flex Membership launches in October. Applications from prospective members are currently being welcomed ahead of the launch. This notice will be removed once bookings are live.

The Regent Flex provides access to the Beaumaris Office, a fully equipped private office within The Regent. Designed for focused work, it offers a calm, professional environment for meetings, administrative tasks, and day-to-day business activities.
Membership is available by application, allowing compliance checks to be completed and secure access to be arranged. A shared online booking calendar provides visibility of office availability and existing bookings for approved members and tenants. Membership availability for external businesses is intentionally limited.
