The Regent Flex offers two clear options:
Resident Rate - £30/day
For existing tenants at The Regent who use the office as part of their wider occupancy.
Flex Membership Rate - £40/day
For members who are trusted and vetted external professionals using the Beaumaris Suite on a day‑rate basis.

Discounts are available for block bookings, supporting users who return regularly and prefer predictable scheduling.
The Regent Flex is a shared office environment used by different professionals at different times. To keep the experience smooth and well‑managed, we use a simple, structured system that maintains the building’s professional standards and ensures predictable access for everyone.

License to Occupy
A straightforward agreement covers membership use, ensuring each booking is properly recorded and aligned with the building’s operational requirements.
Refundable deposit
A deposit is required for membership and provides access fobs and keys, supporting secure entry and maintaining the integrity of the building’s access system.
Mandatory calendar booking
All bookings are made through The Regent Flex calendar, ensuring the Beaumaris Suite is reserved exclusively for you on the days you need it and preventing scheduling conflicts.
This setup gives you flexibility while maintaining the building’s professional standards, creating a calm, predictable workspace for trusted users who return regularly.

As part of The Regent’s commitment to safe and responsible building management, The Regent Flex operates in line with our compliance obligations. This includes identity and legitimacy checks for all members, secure access protocols, clear booking records, proportionate verification, and adherence to building safety and operational standards. These measures ensure The Regent Flex remains a trusted, well‑managed workspace for everyone who uses it.
Business Identity & Postal Use
The Regent Flex is a workspace membership and does not provide business address services. We are unable to receive post, parcels or deliveries on behalf of members. This helps maintain the building's operational standards and ensures a consistent experience for all occupants.
The Regent Flex Membership launches in October. Applications from prospective members are currently being welcomed ahead of the launch. This notice will be removed once bookings are live.
Current Status

The Regent Flex is based in the Beaumaris Office, a calm corner of the building designed for focused work. A private space where you can think clearly, work comfortably and get things done without distraction.
New users apply so we can complete our compliance checks and arrange secure access. Approved members and tenants receive access to a password-protected booking system for regular use.
Membership availability for external businesses is intentionally limited.
